These Terms and Conditions govern the booking of wildlife safari permits, tour packages, hotel stays, and transportation services provided by GTI Travels Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") at Ranthambore National Park, Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan.

By submitting a booking request, making an online payment, or reserving a seat via our website (www.gtitravels.com), telephone, or WhatsApp, you ("the guest" or "client") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as the rules established by the Rajasthan Forest Department and the Government of India.

Wildlife safaris inside Ranthambore National Park are strictly governed by the Rajasthan Forest Department under the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972:

• Non-Transferable Permits: Safari permits are issued on an individual passenger basis and are completely non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No name substitutions, date changes, or time slot adjustments are permitted under any circumstances once booked.
• Quota Restrictions: A limited number of safari vehicles (6-seater Maruti Gypsies and 20-seater Canters) are allowed inside each zone per shift to minimize ecological impact. Permits are allocated on a strictly first-come, first-served basis through the central government portal.
• Advance Confirmation: GTI Travels acts as an authorized travel booking facilitator to secure and confirm official forest department entry permits on your behalf.

• Indian Nationals: Valid Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID Card, or Driving License.
• Foreign Nationals & NRIs: Valid Passport with valid Indian Visa or OCI card. Foreign tourists must provide their exact passport number, expiry date, and nationality.
• Failure to produce the identical original ID card at the park entry gate will lead to immediate cancellation of entry without refund, as mandated by forest officials.

Ranthambore Tiger Reserve is partitioned into 10 safari tourism zones (Zones 1 through 10):

• Automated Zone Allocation: All safari zones are allocated randomly by the Forest Department's computerized reservation software at the time of entry permit issuance. While guests can register zone preferences during booking, no specific zone can be 100% guaranteed as official allotment rests entirely with the authorities.
• Vehicle Types: Safaris are operated using open 6-seater 4x4 Gypsies or 20-seater open Canters. Seat selection inside the vehicle is managed on a fair rotation basis by the registered forest guide and driver.
• Pickup & Drop: Shared or private hotel pick-up within the Sawai Madhopur hotel belt is arrange for guests staying at designated registered properties. Please be ready in the hotel lobby 30 minutes prior to shift departure.

All safari prices published on our website include the official Forest Department permit fee, vehicle hire charges, certified guide charges, driver fees, and applicable facilitation and GST charges.

• Full Advance for Safaris: Safari entry permits require 100% advance payment at the time of reservation, as government permit booking systems require immediate payment to lock seats.
• Tour & Hotel Packages: A 50% advance deposit is required to confirm customized tour packages and hotel bookings, with the balance payable 15 days prior to arrival or via our Pay Now portal.
• Tariff Revisions: In the rare event of a government tariff hike, fuel surcharge, or tax revision instituted by the Forest Department after booking, the difference will be payable prior to the safari date.

Because the Rajasthan Forest Department collects non-refundable fees upon reservation, our cancellation policy reflects these institutional restrictions:

Guests must adhere to the high ethical standards necessary for conservation and personal safety inside the tiger reserve:

• No Disembarkation: Stepping out of the safari vehicle inside the forest is strictly forbidden, except at designated historical high points (e.g., Ranthambore Fort checkposts) with guide authorization.
• Noise & Ethics: Maintain silence. Do not tease, feed, or call out to wild animals. Flash photography and drone cameras are strictly prohibited inside the park.
• Attire: Wear earthy, subdued colors (khaki, olive, brown, beige). Avoid bright fluorescent clothing and heavy perfumes.
• Prohibited Items: Plastic bags, alcohol, tobacco, arms, and inflammable materials are strictly banned. Offenders face heavy government fines and confiscation.

Ranthambore National Park operates on specific seasonal schedules:

• Core Zones 1 to 5: Open from October 1st to June 30th annually. These zones remain closed for tourist safaris during the monsoon breeding period from July 1st to September 30th.
• Buffer Zones 6 to 10: Open year-round, including the monsoon months (subject to rain track conditions).
• Shift Timings: Morning shifts typically run 06:00 AM – 09:30 AM (summer) or 06:30 AM – 10:00 AM (winter). Afternoon shifts typically run 03:00 PM – 06:30 PM (summer) or 02:00 PM – 05:30 PM (winter). Exact timings are set by the Forest Department.

Royal Bengal Tigers and other fauna roam freely in their vast, wild natural habitat. While our professional drivers and naturalists possess decades of tracking expertise and strive to maximize viewing opportunities, tiger or wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed on any safari.

GTI Travels shall not be held liable for delayed departures, route modifications, or cancellations resulting from natural disasters, severe rainfall, roadblocks, mechanical breakdowns, acts of God, strikes, or sudden forest department executive orders.
